In April, 2026, the Glens Falls Common Council approved a Memorandum of Understanding between the City and the Crockwell Partnership. The MOU expresses the parties’ intentions to work collaboratively on the former Tennis and Swim Club property and to begin to establish responsibilities for stewardship, management, maintenance, oversight and enhancement of the Preserve.
